Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at monteaure@gmail.com. Returns must be authorized before they are sent. Approved returns should be sent to: Monte Aure, M. Katkaus g. 2c-16, 09218 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and replace an eligible damaged or incorrect item free of charge.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
